I am a marine, I married a marine, and I gave birth to a marine who is at Camp Bakwa today.

Amazing to me to be able to peer into the life my son is now living. It truly is a blessing to have this information and these pictures. To know that my son’s baby will always be able to view these pictures and video’s is really something. Not many get this type of information and picture of their children at war and I am so grateful to you. These pictures give us some understanding of what 3/8 is doing their and the pictures of the people and children tug at your heart. The photo’s of Lcpl Rettemnier, India Company are wonderful and I will cherish them always. Michael will turn 22 on Wednesday and it breaks my heart that he is not home but seeing a picture of him helps me get through to the next leg of this journey he is on. I hope you can understand how important what you are doing is and continue. I wish you all the best of luck and I encourage those people who can give a little to help you so you can make trips like this again in the future. God Bless you David!
